What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
You may supply us with information about you by filling in forms on our website. This includes information you provide when you submit a contact form, registration form, or any other form. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, child’s name, child’s phone number, date of birth, school attending, school coach information, club team, club coach information, graduation year, skill level, year’s played, preferred position, shirt size, preferred roommate, how you heard about us, or any other fields not listed here. We keep form submissions indefinitely for our own internal records and customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes to third parties. We do not sell any of your information.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do not currently use or collect any analytics around tracking.
Who we share your data with
We share some data with PayPal for payment processing purposes. No data is shared for marketing purposes and no data is sold to third parties.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Any registration, purchase or contact data is kept indefinitely for our own internal records.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect you data
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
