Do I need to have played field hockey before to attend camp?
No! Beginners are welcome, however you do need appropriate gear (stick, mouthguard, shinguards).

Do I have to stay overnight?
No, there is an option to be a day camper, but day campers do not stay for dinner or the night sessions (game play) – See our camp page for more details.
What to bring to camp?
- Medical Form
- Field hockey stick
- Mouth guard
- Shin guards
- Shoes appropriate for turf (NO cleats)
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Rain gear
- Extra long twin bedsheets, blanket (overnight campers only)
- Pillow & pillow case (overnight campers only)
- Towels (overnight campers only)
- Key deposit of $50 (overnight campers only)
- Goggles are not necessary!
- Goalkeepers must bring their own equipment.

What forms are required for camp?
You are required to bring the medical form completed by a physician. You will also sign and agree to our waiver, refund policy, and private camp statement upon registering.
Where will overnight campers be staying?

What meals will be provided at camp?
For overnight campers, dinner will be provided the first night. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided the second day. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on the third day.
For day campers, lunch will be provided on the second and third days.
